In total, since the beginning of a large-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, more than 162,000 Russian soldiers have died.

From February 24, 2022 to March 16, 2023, the total losses of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine amounted to approximately 162,560 people (+1,040 per day). This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

From the beginning of the war destroyed:

  • 3504 (+12) tanks

  • 6810 (+11) armored fighting vehicle

  • 2539 (+11) artillery system

  • 503 (+1) multiple launch of rocket systems

  • 265 (+3) air defense system

  • 305 (+1) aircraft

  • 289 (+0) helicopters

  • 2145 (+13) UAVs at the operational-tactical level

  • 907 (+0) cruise missiles

  • 18 (+0) ship/boat

  • 5394 (+17) vehicles and tank trucks

  • 257 (+0) units of special equipment
