The Russian spy network was exposed in Poland.
The agents of the aggressor country were obliged to prepare sabotage on the country’s terrain. Employees of the Polish Internal Security Agency detained six foreigners from the eastern border, who were supposed to work on the orders of the Russian special services. This was reported on March 15 by RMF FM, citing sources.
The Polish intelligence service detained these individuals in connection with the discovery of hidden cameras on important highways and railway junctions. Cameras recorded traffic on the tracks and transmitted images to the network. Hidden cameras were mainly found on sections of the railway in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, bordering Ukraine. Found spy devices near the airport in Jasionka near Rzeszow. It is the main transit point for Western weapons and ammunition for Ukraine.
It is noted that the police and intelligence services of Poland have already been put on high alert. Law enforcement officers are now closely monitoring important railway lines and guarding key critical infrastructure.
Recall that in early March, the SBU exposed a Russian saboteur who worked for the Main Directorate of the General Staff from the Russian Federation. The attacker planned to carry out sabotage at one of the key facilities of the transport system of the Rivne region in order to disrupt the supply of foreign weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the eastern and southern fronts.
