Passenger: – No idea. You can see the Florida coast ahead, but I have no idea.
According to the TV channel, the dispatcher looked at the dashboard image and gave clues to the passenger driving the ship.
Within four minutes, the passenger lowered the plane until dispatchers spotted it on radar off the coast of the city of Boca Raton. After that, communication with the ship was provided to Palm Beach airport staff, who began a landing briefing. A few minutes later, the plane landed safely on one of the runways.
A professional pilot, who had to wait in line to board because of an emergency, praised a passenger of a private jet: “It’s incredible that an inexperienced person flew and successfully landed on a boat. I remember when I first started learning to pilot, I was constantly sweating and pale with fear.
The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the incident.
It will be recalled that dozens of people were injured in the plane crash in China. The aircraft crossed the runway and caught fire.
