China, Russia and Iran to hold joint military exercises

The Maritime Security Belt 2023 exercises will begin today, March 15, and will be held in the Gulf of Oman.

China, Russia and Iran will conduct joint naval exercises from March 15 to 19. This was reported by The Guardian.

Teachings Maritime Safety Belt-2023 will take place in the Gulf of Oman, China’s Ministry of Defense said.

According to the agency, the naval exercises will begin on Wednesday, March 15, and end on Sunday, March 19.

It was previously reported that on March 13, the military of South Korea and the United States began an 11-day command and staff exercise of Freedom Shield.
