The Russian Ministry of Defense will start a new recruitment of contract soldiers in the occupying army, plans are to replenish the army with 400,000 recruits.

The Russian service of Radio Liberty writes about this.

According to the publication, the Russian defense department sent documents to the Russian regions indicating the number of persons with whom contracts should be signed.

The publication indicates that several Russian regional media publish the total number of contract soldiers who need to replenish the Russian army at once. It is noted that it is planned to recruit 400 thousand soldiers. The main part of the work will be carried out by the military commissariats, and the governors will be responsible for the implementation of the plan.

It is also reported that in the Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions of Russia, 10 thousand people should be recruited for professional service, in the Perm Territory – 9 thousand recruits. On Tuesday, residents of the Voronezh region began to hand over subpoenas to the military commissariats — as was the case in September last year after the so-called “shared mobilization” declared a war criminal by Vladimir Putin. The authorities of the region claim that this is being done “exclusively to update military records.”
