Due to the storm, the launchers were returned to their bases, however, at least one surface launcher was equipped and ready.

A storm continues in the Black Sea, due to which a new Russian missile attack on the territory of Ukraine was delayed. This was announced on Sunday, March 12, by the head of the press center of the Operational Command South, Natalia Gumenyuk, on the air of the telethon.

“Currently, the sea is on our side – stormy weather forces us to bring rocket carriers to base points, but we know that at least one surface rocket carrier is equipped and ready – it is eight Caliber missiles ,” said Gumenyuk.

According to him, the possibility of a new rocket attack on Russia has been delayed for now, but remains high.

“Because two or three hours is enough for a launch vehicle to be on a combat course,” explained the head of the press center.

He added that the storm was not so strong that the ship could not go out.

The previous day, OK Yug reported that due to the storm, the Russian Federation withdrew the launch vehicles from the Black Sea.
