On March 12, the Moldovan police announced the detention of 54 people in Chisinau.
All of these individuals were planning to take part in a protest held in the center of the capital by the pro-Russian Shor party and its supporters. Among the detainees were 12 minors. This is reported by Newsmaker.
Law enforcement officers noted that these persons behaved suspiciously. They found prohibited items, including knives. All of them were taken to the police station.
Journalist Andrei Tsaplienko reported on Telegram that pro-Russian forces staged protests in the Czech Republic as well. In particular, on March 11, people with the symbols of the aggressor country and the stripes of the private military company Wagner tried to tear the Ukrainian flag from the city hall building. On Wenceslas Square in Prague, police detained 18 pro-Russian protesters.
