The minister noted that 66,300 criminal proceedings have been registered for the commission of crimes by Russian soldiers.
“Most of them – 80% – are violations of the laws and rules of war,” Klymenko pointed out.
The Minister thanked the journalists and other citizens who help the police in documenting the war crimes of the Russians.
“The latest shooting that took place in our country on March 9 showed that our citizens and our journalists no longer write about it publicly, but report on line 102 to the National Police. And I am grateful to every citizens, bloggers and journalists for the fact that we learned to listen to each other, that we learned to fight the enemy in this way,” Klymenko summarized.
