Ukrainian official structures are not involved in undermining Russian gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea.
We should expect the conclusions of the official investigation into the explosions of the Nord Stream gas pipeline, conducted by the relevant authorities. However, these explosions are not connected with Kiev. This was stated by Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov in Stockholm, reports The Guardian.
This would be a certain compliment for our special forces, but this is not our activity, he said.
Recall that The New York Times published an article citing sources and US intelligence data, which suggests that behind the explosion on the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea are non-governmental groups that could include Ukrainians and Russians opposed to Putin.
After that, Bankovaya said that Kyiv was not involved in explosions on Russian gas pipelines and did not have information about any “pro-Ukrainian agents” who could do this.
