In some localities, from January 1, 2023, people who do not have a passport of a Russian citizen cannot receive cash payments, in particular, salaries. Payment must be made exclusively through the cards of Russian banks.
This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the morning report on March 7.
In order to protect their servicemen, in the temporarily occupied Lugansk, the Russian invaders decided to use part of the city clinic as a barracks. Bunk beds for personnel have already been brought into the premises.
At the same time, the management of the medical institution must resolve a number of issues of staff placement and patient acceptance.
