The leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine for the first time announced the losses of the National Guard in the war: 501 guards were killed. This was announced at a briefing by the head of the operations department of the National Guard headquarters Alexei Nadtochiy.
According to Nadtochiy, from February 24 to May 11, 501 servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine were killed, 1,697 National Guardsmen were wounded and wounded.
Natochiy also said that the National Guard is engaged in operations in the Donetsk, Slobozhansky, Yuzhnobuzhsky regions and the eastern part of the Tavrichesky operational region and occupies the border with Belarus.
Recall that after the liberation of the Chernobyl territory, the National Guard took it under its protection.
As reported, on March 31, the Russian occupiers left the site of Chernobyl, robbed it. And on April 2, the Ukrainian flag was raised at the station.
Prior to this, the occupiers had directly dug trenches in the Red Forest, the most polluted area in the exclusion zone, as a result of which they underwent intense radiation exposure and decided to leave the zone.
