In the village of Zeleniy Guy, Kherson region, during field work, a tractor came across an unknown explosive object. Kherson OVA reported this on Telegram on Monday, March 6.
“One person died at the scene from his injuries, another was injured,” the statement said.
City officials urged residents not to visit farmlands, forest belts and other potentially minefields that have not been checked by sappers.
“If you see an explosive object, move to a safe distance and call the rescuers or the police. In no case do not try to defuse it yourself,” OVA added.
It will be remembered that earlier in the village of Solontsy, Kherson region, during the repair of the electrical network, three workers were blown up by a mine. One of the electricians died on the spot.
