In Balochistan province in southwestern Pakistan, a suicide bomber attacked a car with law enforcement officers. Nine policemen were killed and 16 wounded in the attack, AFP reported on March 6.
It was noted that the incident took place near Dadar, the main city of Kachi district. The suicide bomber was riding a motorcycle and crashed into a police van from behind.
According to the agency, the officers were returning home from a cattle show, where they provided security.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
It will be recalled that in February, five people were killed in an attack by the Taliban on a police station in Karachi.
And in January, terrorists detonated a bomb in a mosque in Peshawar. More than 100 people were killed in the attack.
