The issue of confiscation of confiscated fuel and lubricants and their further transfer to the needs of the Defense Forces has been resolved.
Law enforcement officers conducted searches at logistics bases and warehouses of Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta, as a result of which oil products worth UAH 800 million were seized. This was reported by the SBU on Monday, March 6.
It was indicated that the possible illegal sale of these oil products, which were illegally removed from Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta by the former management of these companies, was blocked.
Representatives of Ukrtatnafta throughout 2022 sent fuel to the addresses of affiliated companies without showing transactions in tax reporting. In the future, gas stations under their control will sell wholesale batches of oil products without paying excise tax, the report said.
Currently, the issue of confiscation of confiscated fuels and lubricants and its subsequent transfer to the needs of the Defense Forces is being resolved.
Recall that in early February, the SBU and BEB conducted searches at the house of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky in the case of fraud in Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta.
Later, it became known that the schemes for the misuse of 40 billion hryvnias by the former owners and management of Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta were exposed. Suspicion was reported to the chief accountant and former director of Ukrtatnafta, who is now in custody.
