Russian invaders today, March 3, fired at six territorial communities of the region in a day.
This was reported by the press service of the Sumy police department.
The following communities received shelling:
- Shalyginskaya – at 09.25 rashists hit, probably from mortars, the village of Starikove (five arrivals). As a result, a local resident died from a shrapnel wound, and a power line was damaged. At 15.50 there was shelling from a mortar in the village of Khodino (15 arrivals), three houses were damaged;
- The Esman community – at 13:35 from the territory of Russia shelling from the barrel artillery of the village of Kucherivka was carried out (eight arrivals). As a result, a private house was damaged.
- Also on the territory of the community, the enemy fired from MLRS (20 arrivals) and a mortar (another 20 arrivals);
- Krasnopolsky society – from 09.40 an enemy UAV dropped four munitions (of the VOG type) in different villages of the community. At the same time, enemy shelling from a 120 mm ATGM was recorded (launch of two missiles). Also from the territory of Russia shelling from ATGMs was carried out;
- Belopolskaya community – tank shelling was carried out from the territory of Russia (one arrival). Mortar attacks (12 arrivals), shelling from cannon artillery (16 arrivals) and self-propelled guns (eight arrivals) were also recorded;
- Youth community – shelling from self-propelled guns (nine arrivals) and mortar shelling (five arrivals) were recorded;
- Hlukhiv society – at 16.15 Russians beat with mortars (five arrivals).
- In total, 121 arrivals were recorded in the region.
The Office of the Prosecutor General notes that the deceased is a 73-year-old resident of the village of Starikove, who was in the garden near his own house.
