The President of Ukraine thanked the partners for understanding the price paid by Ukrainians for their freedom and by all Europeans.
In an evening video message to the people of Ukraine on Friday, March 3, President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about a meeting with prosecutors general from Ukraine’s partner states and international institutions.
The President stated that the world’s moral duty is to restore justice and punish war criminals.
“Every day, the heroes of Ukraine give their lives to prevent Russian aggression. And therefore, the world has a clear moral obligation to our soldiers, to each one who is now in battle and defending freedom . This duty is to restore justice and hold accountable the state – terrorist, his leadership. This will happen. And I thank all partners of Ukraine – every leader, every politician, every public figure of helping states – for understanding the price Ukrainians pay for their freedom and all Europeans,” Zelensky said.
Earlier it was reported that Zelensky ruled out compromises on sanctions for the Russian Federation
