The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council emphasized that his view is not contrary to the vision of the president, but, in his opinion, four points should be specially noted.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov in an interview with RBC-Ukraine noted that of the ten points of the “peace formula” of President Volodymyr Zelensky, four are key. At the same time, he noted that his point of view does not differ from the president’s point of view, but, in his opinion, four points should be specially mentioned.
“First, it is a return to the borders of 1991. Second, it is absolute satisfaction for everything done by non-humans. Third, it is the mandatory punishment of Putin and his entire team for the crimes that they did. And the fourth is security guarantees for our country,” specified the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
As Danilov noted, the process of fragmentation of Russia has already been launched, and it is happening regardless of Ukraine’s desire.
“As once on March 2, 1989, the process of the collapse of the USSR was launched after some events in Vorkuta (the miners’ strike – ed.), so on February 24, Putin launched the process of the collapse of the Russian Federation in the form in which it exists today,” – he specified.
Danilov added that there are many processes taking place in Russia that Ukrainians do not see.
“The West is making a big mistake: they think they can manage these processes, they can be moderators, that they can negotiate with someone – with Putin or someone from his entourage, and that it is under control. I can say that these laws work in a completely different way,” he assured.
Earlier it was reported that Yermak and Sullivan discussed the Ukrainian formula for peace.
