In the German port city of Hamburg, the Luna yacht, allegedly owned by Russian billionaire Farkhad Akhmedov, was detained. Reported by the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
As indicated, the Federal Office of the German Criminal Police (BKA) checked whether the oligarch was actually behind the Liechtenstein Trust, which was formally indicated by the ship’s owner. After the end of the proceedings, the yacht fell under the law on penalties.

As you know, Farhad Akhmedov is from Azerbaijan. He is a former member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, is an associate of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and in early April was included in the list of EU sanctions.
