The AWACS A-50U radar aircraft, which Belarusian partisans damaged with explosives using drones in Machulishchi, flew to Russia.
A reconnaissance aircraft, calculating Ukrainian air defenses and setting the enemy targets for strikes, crossed the border of Belarus and the aggressor country on March 2. This was reported by the Belarusian monitoring project “Belarusian Guyun” in Telegram.
It was preliminarily established that the plane headed for the 325th aircraft repair plant, located in Russian Taganrog. There he is engaged in the repair of A-50 aircraft units.
Recall that explosions at the airfield in Machulishchi thundered on February 26. The Russian AWACS A-50 was attacked by Chinese DJI quadrocopters, which were converted into kamikaze drones. It was noted that the aircraft was badly damaged. Officially, neither Russia nor Belarus commented on this information. Belarusian partisans took responsibility for the explosion.
