Kherson region on March 1 was massively shelled by Russian artillery.
The Russian army shelled the region 87 times. The enemy fired about 500 shells from mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, artillery, tanks and attack drones at peaceful settlements in the region. This was announced on March 2 by the Kherson regional military administration.
Kherson was attacked twice yesterday. In the city, shelling damaged private and apartment buildings. As a result of armed aggression, 11 people were injured. Among the wounded there is a one-year-old baby, whose face and ears were injured by fragments of glass. Now the child is in the hospital, nothing threatens his life.
In addition, Russian mines, which were placed by the invaders during the flight, pose a great danger to the civilian population. So, in a field near the village of Arkhangelskoye, a tractor exploded on a mine. According to the State Emergency Service, two men were injured.
Recall that the Russian invaders attacked Zaporozhye with missiles on the night of March 2, one of the missiles hit a high-rise building. As a result, three people died and six more were injured. Work to search for people under the rubble continues.
