The Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleg Nemchinov said that, at the end of the first year of a large-scale war in the Russian Federation, 3.5 thousand civil servants were fighting at the front. 108 officers died. He said this on the air of the telethon.
“In total, at the end of the year, there were 3,637 such people (civil servants fighting – ed.). Unfortunately, at the end of the year, 108 civil servants died, 80 were injured,” said Nemchinov.
According to him, more than 200 officers are considered missing.
The minister also noted that civil servants protect Ukraine not only in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but also in the ranks of the National Guard, Border Guard Service, Security Service of Ukraine and other military formations.
Recall that Ukraine introduced a new procedure for booking conscripts, which provides a postponement from mobilization for 50% or more of civil servants and employees of enterprises important for the country.
It was also reported that the Cabinet of Ministers allowed a number of civil servants to leave Ukraine.
