The next three months ahead will decide the further course of events. This was stated by the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov in an interview with the Voice of America.
“They will be active. Very active, which will determine the further course of events. These are active hostilities … Yes, they will be. both attempts on their part and on our part,” he believed.
According to him, it is not only about the east of Ukraine.
The head of GUR noted that the enemy is not ready now for a long war due to limited resources, although the opposite shows the opposite.
It can be remembered that Budanov also said in an interview that almost half of those in Russian captivity were civilians. There are many women and children hostages.
