On February 27, unknown people created a Telegram channel. Its participants organize mass meetings with fights in Kyiv, today such an announcement was made near the Gulliver shopping center, now many police have been pulled there.
On Monday, in the center of Kharkov, the police detained teenagers who wanted to arrange a mass brawl. It was part of a flash mob launched in Russia.
This was announced by the head of the police of the Kharkov region Vladimir Timoshko. He also urged parents to monitor the leisure of children.

Teenagers in this subculture get into fights in shopping malls, with football fans or immigrants.
