In Ukraine, the youth movement PIK “Redan” began to be massively distributed.

It originated and is actively operating in Russia. Teenagers gather in large groups and in public places arrange brawls between representatives of two subcultures. Such meetings were already held in Kharkov, Poltava, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lvov.

On February 27, unknown people created a Telegram channel. Its participants organize mass meetings with fights in Kyiv, today such an announcement was made near the Gulliver shopping center, now many police have been pulled there.

On Monday, in the center of Kharkov, the police detained teenagers who wanted to arrange a mass brawl. It was part of a flash mob launched in Russia.

This was announced by the head of the police of the Kharkov region Vladimir Timoshko. He also urged parents to monitor the leisure of children.

In Russia, they launched a flash mob for teenagers called “PVK Redan,” said Tymoshko, head of the Kharkiv region police.

Teenagers in this subculture get into fights in shopping malls, with football fans or immigrants.

Kharkov teenagers staged a mass brawl on Constitution Square.

Timoshko considers the emergence of this movement “another fact of Russia’s criminal activity against children”, because it has its roots in Russia.

Signs of participants in the movement: black, spiders and numbers 4.
