It was reported by Polish radio RMF24.
The accident happened today around 4:00 am on the A4 highway near the village of Zablotse, Yaroslavl district, not far from the border checkpoint Korchova.
The driver of a Renault Master collided from behind with a Mercedes Sprinter, which was driving in front, causing the Mercedes to hit hard barriers and roll onto its side.
All 12 passengers of the same minibus are citizens of Ukraine. Five passengers, including a child, were hospitalized from both vehicles.
Police said both drivers were sober, and the cause of the accident is being investigated.
