progressive US senator Bernie Sanders assured that “in inequality income and wealth are higher than ever” in his country, and lashed out at the “ruling class” during the presentation of his new book in London.

His criticism of the “ruling class”
In his paper, the senator speaks of oligarchs, a term often associated with Russian tycoons close to the Kremlin but which he applies to a “small group of people” in the United States who amass wealth and political power.
“We call it the oligarchs, we call it the ruling class. In America, this ruling class is now stronger than at any time in my entire life,” Sanders, 81, said.
The book also mentions “economic rights” to a well-paid job, quality health care or affordable housing, without which, in his opinion, no citizen can be free.
Great figure of the American left, Bernie Sanders He made two appearances in the Democratic presidential primaries, managing to seduce much of the young electorate.
