The head of the Institute for the Study of War, in a meeting with the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, expressed confidence in the success of Ukraine.
Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the American think tank Institute for the Study of War (ISW) is convinced of Ukraine’s victory. On Saturday, February 25, he wrote this on Facebook following a meeting with Institute director Kimberly Kagan.
The minister said he met with the ISW director as part of a trip to Brussels, The Hague and New York.
“This is the same organization with news where you start your day every morning. It has dominated Ukrainian headlines for a year now. And for good reason – ISW experts regularly provide a qualitative analysis of battles, forecasts of their progress, comments, answers , update the map. We exchanged opinions on what else and how to do it. It was nice to hear from Kimberly that the ISW is convinced of Ukraine’s victory,” Kuleba wrote, thanking the ISW team for their contribution to winning the war for truth.
Earlier, the ISW explained Putin’s silence on the anniversary of the war by saying that Russia had failed to achieve any of its stated goals in a year and had made no significant territorial gains since July.
