The right to compensation will be given to individuals – citizens of Ukraine, who are owners, construction customers, investors of damaged or destroyed real estate, as well as their heirs. Priority in receiving compensation is combatants mobilized without UBD status, large families, disabled persons.

The court arrested the property of Viktor Medvedchuk’s wife in the amount of more than 5.6 billion Hryvnia. Oksana Marchenko is suspected of financing the invaders. The court decision concerns a 14% stake in two oblenergos and more than 4% in a third, which Marchenko owns through five offshore companies. The court also arrested 2 land plots, 4 residential buildings in Kyiv and Crimea, and 10 vehicles. In addition, Marchenko’s assets in 18 investment, agro-industry, telecommunications and other companies were arrested.
