The border guards of the Lugansk detachment caught a “Wagnerian” in the direction of Bakhmut after a Russian military group tried to break through the Ukrainian defenses. This was announced on Saturday, February 18, by the State Border Service.
“Enemy attack groups tried to breach the defenses. But under heavy fire, the border guards repulsed the attack,” the statement said.
It was noted that four Russian soldiers were killed, at least seven Russian soldiers were wounded. The captured soldier was a mercenary Wagner PMC from the prisoners.
