The Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court on Friday, February 17, changed the preventive measure for the ex-official. The panel of judges decided to leave the defense’s appeal unsatisfied and granted the prosecutor’s appeal. As an alternative to arrest, Lozinsky was assigned a bail in the amount of UAH 50.2 million.
