Representatives of the Akhmetov Foundation distributed 2,000 sets of basic necessities to local residents, who were exposed to Russian shelling almost every day.
Mobile distribution teams of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation delivered 2,000 kits to front-line Druzhkovka (Donetsk region), which included essential products with a long shelf life. This was reported by the press service of the charitable foundation.
“The situation in the city is still tense, almost every day the residents of the community are subjected to rocket attacks. The distribution of kits continues: the people who receive food are grateful that they are remembered and helped ,” the message said.
The press service clarified that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the fund has provided almost 173,000 sets to residents of the Donetsk region, as well as to those temporarily displaced from the region.
It will be recalled that last week a large batch of humanitarian aid was brought to neighboring Kramatorsk. A week earlier, employees of the Akhmetov Foundation distributed food and water disinfection products to residents of the Bakhmutsky district of the Donetsk region.
