Canada shot down a small “cylindrical” object flying over the north-west of the country about 12000 meters high because it poses a threat to civil aviation, Canada’s defense minister said this Saturday, Anita Anand.
Anand said at a press conference that the site was shot down by warplanes at 15:41 Ottawa time (20:41 GMT) in the central zone of the territory Yukonin the northwest of Canadaand about 160 km from the border with USA.
