“A woman who is an adoptive parent, guardian, guardian, one of the foster parents or one of the foster parents raising a child / children under 18 years old can travel abroad to visit the child or accompany him ,” the message said.
The border service also lists the documents you need to carry to travel abroad:

-
documents proving the child’s stay abroad.
In addition, men must also bring a document confirming the status of a single parent, raising and maintaining the child by the parent independently.
Recall that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) blocked six channels of illegal travel abroad by Ukrainian citizens of military age. They operated in different regions of Ukraine.
In addition, the border guards of the Chop detachment detained a trio of foreigners in the Uzhgorod region who were trying to get to Hungary outside the checkpoints.
