Biden to allocate another $ 100 million to Ukraine – Reuters

The new help pack is expected to include more howitzer ammo.

In the coming days, US President Joe Biden will sign a new military aid package for Ukraine worth at least $ 100 million. On Friday, May 6, Reuters reported, citing three U.S. officials.

Agency sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the latest package will likely include more ammunition for systems such as howitzers.

Also today, it is known that Biden will sign a bill on the introduction of Lend-Lease for Ukraine on May 9th.

Recall that a few days before that, the Pentagon reported that Ukraine had already received more than 70 M777 howitzers from the United States.
