A earthquake magnitude 5.1 and another magnitude 3.9 hit the coast of Hualien County in eastern Taiwan, with no casualties reported.
The epicenter of the first shock was 34.4 km northeast of the coast of Hualien.
According to the seismological department of the Main Meteorological Directorate of the island, earthquake It occurred at a depth of 15.8 kilometers at 04:20 local time on Tuesday (local time).
