Residents of a five-story building in the city of Efremov, Tula region of the Russian Federation, are under the rubble due to an explosion on Tuesday, February 7. The report said the collapse of the entrance was due to a gas explosion caused by a “gas equipment malfunction.”
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, five people were rescued, two others remain under the rubble.
Telegram channel 112 says up to ten residents may be under the rubble.
The Tula regional prosecutor’s office announced the initiation of an investigation into the incident.
Earlier it was reported that the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation was “attacked by missiles.”
In addition, the Russian Federation announced a missile attack from the Tochka-U system on the Druzhba oil pipeline in the Bryansk region.
