The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine specified the conditions under which the state border can be crossed by women civil servants.
For this you need:
- have a birth certificate, its certified copy or other document confirming that the woman has a minor child or several children;
- have a note in the register of the State Border Service that her child (children) crossed the state border (i.e. they are now abroad),
- if there is none, you need a certificate of the stay of the child (children) on consular registration in another country,
- a state woman may also cross the Ukrainian border directly with her minor child(ren).
Recall that on January 27, the government of Ukraine banned officials from traveling abroad without good reason for the duration of martial law. You can leave Ukraine only on the basis of documents on business trips.
The ruling also applies to women. This happened after the scandal with People’s Deputy Nikolai Tishchenko, who went to Thailand allegedly for a “meeting with the Ukrainian community.” UP also removed people’s deputy Yulia Tymoshenko in Dubai.
The GNSU said that, despite the ban on officials, there are already cases when civil servants tried to travel abroad without good reason.
