At the same time, Netanyahu assured Israel’s intention “not to go far” so as not to provoke Russia.
“I explained to him our policy (regarding military aid to Ukraine – ed.). He is well aware of this issue,” Netanyahu said at a briefing after speaking with Macron.
As the newspaper writes, during the talks, politicians discussed Israel’s possible mediation in the negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
It will be remembered that Netanyahu said that he is ready to be a mediator in the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, if he is offered again.
Earlier, the Prime Minister reported that Israel is considering the issue of providing Ukraine with “other types of aid”, including military.
