During new searches, law enforcement officers found more than two dozen medals, certificates and honorary awards to the president of Motor Sich JSC from representatives of the military-political leadership of Russia.
The SBU does not name the president, but it is known that this is Vyacheslav Boguslaev, against whom a criminal investigation for state treachery has been ongoing since 2022.
The pre-trial investigation continues to establish all the circumstances of the crimes and bring the perpetrators to justice.
Boguslaev was detained in October of this year, together with the head of the department of foreign economic activity of the enterprise.
In addition, counterintelligence and investigators of the Security Service exposed new facts of the criminal activities of the president of JSC Motor Sich, who is suspected of working for the aggressor.
On February 1, the press service of the department reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, a high-ranking official had financed the DPR terrorist organization, in particular because of the payment of “taxes” and “fees” to the budget of this quasi-entity.
Among other things, he collaborated with a Ukrainian company, which since 2014 has been under the control of the fake DPR group. Its purpose was to supply aircraft components to enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.
It has been established that because of the deal, the “budget” of the DPR terrorist organization received more than 290 million Russian rubles in the form of “taxes” from the sale of aviation products for the needs of Russian rashists.
The heads of the occupation administration of Donetsk directed the proceeds to the needs of the military groups of the Russian Federation participating in the hostilities against the Defense Forces on the eastern front.
Based on this evidence, investigators from the Main Investigation Department of the SBU informed the head of the industrial giant about a new suspicion under Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (assistance to the activities of a terrorist organization).
Recall that the detained director of Motor Sich, Boguslaev, has been a Russian citizen since 2000.
According to an extract from the AS “Rospassport” system, on October 15, 2000, Vyacheslav Boguslaev applied to the passport and visa department of internal affairs in Moscow with a request to obtain a passport of a Russian citizen in exchange for a Soviet passport from 1979. The date of receipt of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is October 18, 2000.
