A Russian agent who corrected the enemy’s missile strikes on Kharkov was detained by law enforcement officers.
A henchman of Russian infidels collected information in Kharkiv about the locations and routes of movement of Ukrainian military units in the city. The traitor forwarded all the information to the Russians in the form of electronic coordinates and marks on the map via the Telegram messenger. These data were required by the invaders for the preparation and conduct of targeted missile strikes on the regional center. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
A traitor was detained near the city’s critical infrastructure facility, where he collected information. The Russian agent turned out to be an unemployed Kharkiv resident, whom the Russians recruited in November 2022. To carry out the tasks of the enemy, the agent bypassed the territory of the city and secretly observed the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and also recorded their locations. The attacker was found to have a smartphone red-handed with the aggressor.
Investigators of the special services informed the defendant about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 114-2 (unauthorized dissemination of information about the placement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court sent the suspect to a pre-trial detention center, now he faces up to 12 years in prison.
Recall, on January 28, the Security Service of Ukraine detained collaborators from the Luhansk region who were trying to get a job in Ukrainian state institutions in order to gain access to classified information and later transfer it to the invaders.
