Ukrainian intelligence posted an intercept indicating that the Russians had been ordered to save ammunition.
The Russian invaders announced an order for saving ammunition. This was confirmed by the interception of the attacker’s phone conversation, which the Main Directorate of Intelligence posted on its Telegram channel on Monday, January 23.
According to the interception, the Russian informed all units about this order.
“In all positions. Order. Ammunition austerity,” he reported.
The Chief Intelligence Director of the Ministry of Defense recalled that for every war crime committed against Ukraine, the perpetrators will face fair retribution.
