The Russian occupiers fired at the Kharkiv region again.
On Sunday, January 22, the enemy from artillery hit the village of Petrovka, Zolochiv community. The shells hit an outbuilding and a residential building. A 67-year-old woman died as a result of the shelling. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, announced this on Telegram.
After 15.00, the invaders also fired at the cemetery in the village of Guryev Kazachok, as a result of which the graves were damaged.
Volchansk also fell into enemy shelling from multiple launch rocket systems. Shells hit a five-story building and a private house. A 49-year-old man was injured, he was hospitalized in average condition.
The regional prosecutor’s office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, involving premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall that on January 21, Russian invaders attacked Kupyansk, Volchansk, Dvuhletnaya, Veterinary and other settlements in the Kharkiv region. A dairy plant and two private houses were damaged in Kupyansk, and private buildings were destroyed in Volchansk. In the village of Veterinary, a 46-year-old civilian was injured and hospitalized.
