Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu “inspected” the headquarters of the troop group East while working in the “special military operations” zone. This was announced on January 17 by the press service of the Russian military department.
It was noted that the head of the Russian Defense Ministry listened to the commanders’ reports on the current situation and “the progress of combat missions in the main directions.”
As emphasized in the department, Shoigu paid attention to the “organization of comprehensive support for troops involved in “special operations”, as well as “to the organization of fortification work and the creation of conditions for safe deploy personnel to the farm.”
