According to intelligence, the “recommendations” contain 11 points, of which there is a “refusal to mention PMC Wagner in a positive context, the emphasis should be on the excessive human losses and senseless PMC attacks.”
At the same time, Russian propagandists need to talk about the “residual role” of the head of the Russian military department, Shoigu, and the new war commander, Valery Gerasimov.
“In general, the document testifies to a radical change in emphasis on covering the course of events in the war against Ukraine, as well as the aggravation of the political struggle within the aggressor country,” said GUR.
It should be noted that against the background of the conflict between Prigozhin and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, so far the statements of all Russian parties about the capture of Soledar have turned out to be fake.
