The head of state also announced negotiations with the leaders of the French, British and Swiss, the topics of which are humanitarian and defense assistance in Ukraine, as well as the situation on the front and the post-war restoration of our state.
Earlier, the Kyiv official offered its allies a mechanism of secondary sanctions against the Russian Federation, which would allow intermediaries involved in sub-sanctioned companies to be subject to restrictions.
