“Right now, the enemy continues to terrorize the civilian population in the Nikopol region. In the past half hour, there have been two consecutive attacks. The consequences are being clarified,” he said.
According to Lukashuk, the community was under constant shelling and destruction throughout the day.
The enemy fired at the Mundo community from cannon artillery. The residential building was damaged.
The invaders fired Manganets from cannon and Gradov artillery. Because of the shell, the power line was damaged, several houses were without electricity.
Lukashuk said the power supply will be restored as soon as the security situation is resolved.
It will be recalled that as a result of the Russian strike in the Nikopol region, up to 20 civilian houses were damaged, and a 64-year-old man was also injured.
The night before, Russian troops shelled Nikopol. About ten shells flew into the city.
