The head of the ruling regime of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has expressed a desire to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping in the spring of 2023 in Moscow. This was discussed in an online meeting between Putin and Xi, according to Russian propaganda news agency RIA Novosti.
“I have no doubt that we will find an opportunity to meet you in person. We are waiting for you, dear Mr. Chairman, dear friend, we are waiting for you next spring on a state visit to Moscow,” the leader of the Kremlin invited the Chinese leader.
Putin also added in the conversation that Russia and China will continue cooperation in the military-technical field.
Xi said China is “ready to strengthen strategic cooperation.”
Recall, earlier it was reported that the Kremlin was preparing negotiations between Putin and Xi Jinping.
