Law enforcement officers received 20 messages from citizens about the passage of missiles in the Kyiv region during the mass attack of the enemy on December 29. Andrey Nebitov, head of the main department of the National Police of the region, announced it on Telegram.
“Thanks to the timely notification of the air defense forces, it is possible to ensure effective countering of the air threat,” he stressed.
Nebitov added that eight enemy missiles were fired at the Kiev region, but there were two hits. At the same time, thanks to the successful work of the military, the dead and wounded were avoided.
“As a result of the enemy’s air attack, 21 private houses, one hospital, private property and two cars of citizens were damaged. The restoration work is ongoing,” concluded the Kyiv region police chief.
