The military leadership of the Russian army is trying to combat drunkenness in its military ranks with the help of on-site executions. This is confirmed by information from the interception, published by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In the audio recording provided by the intelligence service, one can hear how the military of the Russian Federation complained to his wife that now there is an internal order for drunkenness to shoot on the spot, while before they were “only shot in the legs. “
He mentioned that for being drunk with alcohol or blowing smoke in the place.
The resident told his wife that one of the Russian soldiers shot him at night while on duty.
“I went and fired, I wanted to check the engine, if it was working or not. It would be better if the bullet went up. So I immediately passed it, I wasn’t just drunk and under the influence of something,” he said.
According to him, after this situation, the updated rules introduced that from now on, not to shoot the legs, but to kill immediately.
