The government has allocated UAH 400 million for business grants

Funds will be used to develop horticulture, to equip greenhouses and micro-grants to create or develop their own business.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine also allocated UAH 400 million for business grants under the eWork program. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this at a government meeting on Friday, December 23.

“We continue to support businesses and encourage them to create jobs. As part of the eJob program, today we are allocating UAH 400 million to provide grants to entrepreneurs,” he said.

According to Shmyhal, the funds will be used to develop horticulture, to equip greenhouses and micro-grants to create or develop their own business.

It was previously reported that Ukrainians submitted more than 5,000 applications for eWork grants.

Recall that the Cabinet of Ministers transferred UAH 337 million for business development in the field of processing.
