They have not finished school yet and have already entered the university. 28 fifth-year high school students were able to enter the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNAMS) at the entrance exam held over the weekend.
Schoolchildren of Scientific Youth College, from El Agustino, won a seat on the Dean of America’s demanding entrance exam. Even seven of them reached top positions in various specialties for which they applied.
In dialogue with RPP NewsWilliam Quispe, one of the incoming students, said that his study days lasted up to 12 hours a day, even until dawn.
“We all supported each other”
For her part, Saori Canales, another applicant, noted that all colleagues supported each other in studying and consolidating the subjects in which they needed help.
“All of them, most of them, applied for the first time. This is a very enjoyable experience because it reveals the fruits of all our efforts this year,” he commented.
“We have always supported each other. If someone remained in something, we all saw how to support him in order to achieve this goal together, ”he sentenced.
It is worth noting that students entered different specialties, such as engineering, economics, tax management and others.
